Aircon Chemical Washining

​Without the proper maintenance of aircons, system could not be cold or leakage of water. The main reason for the poor performance of aircon units is deposition of dirts in system. Inner components of aircons are accumulated by dirts which minimise the cooling effect of aircon and efficiency of system. Also,  it causes some harmful health issues such as allergy, asthma,headache, nausea  and breathing related problems  So we need chemical washing

Chemical washing is a process in which the mechanical parts inside the system cleaned with water and remove the dirts deposits on the system. 

Washing process 
 Our qualified engineers washed the system after the proper inspection of aircons. 
First, they have to dismantle the aircon units. Then the filters are removed and the chemical solution is applied on the evaporated coils and blades. leave it for 10 minutes. The dirts deposits on the components are soaked in the solution. After 10 minutes, rinse the filter, blade and evaporated coils  and all the dirts deposits in the system is flushed out by water. Repeat the process until the dirts are cleared.
  Finally, dry out the aircon and reassemble components and feel the fresh cool air.

4. Wash out the filters 
5. Reassemble the aircon units 
6. Check it for proper function
